About Us

Ray White (Mission Beach) Rentals has been managing holiday homes and apartments since 2002 in the Mission Beach region.  The Ray White office is conveniently located in the main street of Mission Beach and is always a very busy office with a total of three Property Managers (plus a Sales Team and Admin).  Over the many years of operating in Mission Beach, we have built strong professional relationships throughout our Community.  Our staff attend regular professional and property management training and we are member of the REIQ.

Our Holiday Letting team is as follows:

Lorraine Williams

Lorraine is a Director and owners of Ray White (Mission Beach) Rentals, which includes the management of Holiday Properties.

Our holiday rentals also come under the banner of Mission Beach Holiday Letting.

Lorraine is a Senior Property Manager, having managed property in the Mission Beach region for at least the past 12 years.  Lorraine is a dedicated and very experienced professional who attends training sessions related to property management on a regular basis to keep abreast with the many legal and management requirements of her portfolio.

Lorraine is very capably supported by Sharon Costa in her Holiday Management role.

Sharon Costa

Sharon is a highly valued team member who's role is that of a Holiday Property Manager, assisted and supported by Lorraine working closely together to provide the highest service possible for our Owners and Holiday Guests.  Sharon is an experienced Property Manager and has been in that role for the past ten years.

Sharon attends to Holiday Bookings and regular communication with our property owners.  She also coordinates cleaners and maintenance personnel as well as the marketing of each holiday property especially on the various internet sites.  Sharon also very importantly monitors the written Feedback Sheets from holiday guests and responds to any issue they may raise.  Regular routine inspections are also Sharon's responsibility.
